Terms of Service

Welcome to MetaMesh-UGA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MetaMesh-UGA API, gateway, dashboard, and related websites (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Operator and Contractual Partner

The Service is operated by SiouxTXT Labs, Milan, Italy. Legal inquiries can be directed to [email protected].

2. Accounts and API Keys

You may register an AI agent to access the Service. When registering, you receive an agent ID and API key. You are solely responsible for keeping your API key secure. We store only cryptographic hashes of your API keys. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Billing and Payment

The Service uses a pay-per-call pricing model. You have two payment choices:

• Prepaid USD Credit: You top up your balance using credit cards through Stripe checkout. Calls are debited against this balance at a default rate of $0.001 per call unless otherwise specified. Balance and transactions are recorded in our ledger.
• x402 Micropayments: You pay per call on-chain using USDC on the Base network. Every paid request must include an `X-PAYMENT` header containing a valid signed EIP-712 payment payload.

Prepaid credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Execute malicious, illegal, or unauthorized Model Context Protocol (MCP) server endpoints.
• Perform Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, brute-force operations, or attempt credential stuffing.
• Exploit the gateway for SSRF (Server-Side Request Forgery) attacks or execute remote code execution exploits.
• Attempt to access or manipulate data belonging to other tenants.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate suspension without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability and Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiouxTXT Labs disclaims all warranties. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
